196 Hrs.

Absolutely nothing was accomplished today in terms of getting us more ready for helping the children, but we somehow still had a full day. All we did today was rehearse the Opening Day Ceremony and rehearse what we were going to do when the Florida Volunteer Commission visited. They visited our office today for a few minutes since they were a key component in getting a City Year site in Miami, so we had to make sure we greeted them well.

Tomorrow is Opening Day/service day! I can't wait!!!
